Activity program

We’re thrilled to share a preview of the activities, tournaments, and special guests planned for Ludicon 2025! Here’s what you need to know:

  • New events are still being added, but you can already explore the schedule by clicking on each day to expand it.

  • Each activity will specify the time and location.

  • A floorplan with some information is now available soon below the activity schedule and will be clearly displayed during Ludicon. The locations will correspond to specific events listed in the schedule, making it easier to locate each activity within the venue.

  • For activities, you'll find a "Sign-Up" link to register.

  • Activities marked "Ouvert / Open" won’t require registration—just show up at the designated time and location.

  • You must have a valid ticket to access activities and tournaments in the convention halls.

  • Stay tuned for more updates!

Event Hours:

  • Friday, November 7: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Saturday, November 8: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM

  • Sunday, November 9: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Registration opens 30 minutes before event hours each day. Please bring your ticket (digital or printed) and ID—badges can only be issued with ID.
