Important Information

  • You must present your ticket and ID to pick up your pass at reception on the day of the event.

  • Children aged 9 and under are admitted free of charge (admissible proof required), accompanied by an adult (max 2 children per adult). You will still need to register the child on the registration form.

  • Looking for a hotel room? We’ve secured a block of rooms at nearby hotels, available only until October 7th. Booking details will be provided after you have registered for the convention.

  • No refund unless the event is cancelled.
