  • Friday: 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Saturday morning)

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM (Sunday morning)

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Important Information

  • You must present your ticket and a valid photo ID to pick up your badge at the registration desk on the day of the event.

  • All tickets must be purchased through our online registration system, including on the day of the event.

  • No registrations will be processed at the registration desk. Anyone wishing to purchase a ticket on-site must do so using their own mobile device through our website.

  • Cash payments will not be accepted on-site.

  • Children 12 years of age and under are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum of 2 children per transaction). Valid proof of age (government-issued ID) is required. Children must still be registered through the online registration system.

  • Youth Day Passes (ages 13–17) are available for $10 per day. A maximum of 2 youth passes may be purchased per transaction. Valid proof of age (government-issued ID) is required.

  • Looking for a hotel room? When you purchase your ticket, you'll be provided with this information.

  • No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled.
