Media Accreditation

Journalists, editors, photographers, videographers, broadcasters, and independent content creators may apply here for media accreditation for Ludicon 2026. Applications are reviewed individually and approval is not automatic.

Before you apply

We welcome applications from established media outlets and active creators who regularly cover board games, tabletop culture, events, or related pop-culture communities. Please complete the form in full so we can evaluate your request.

Who can apply Press, media outlets, photographers, video teams, podcasters, streamers, and creators with relevant editorial coverage.
Review process Applications are reviewed by the Ludicon team. Additional information may be requested before a decision is made.
Important note Accreditation grants access for editorial coverage only. It does not include commercial filming rights or sponsorship privileges.

Eligibility guidelines

  • You must provide links to your publication, channel, or recent coverage.
  • Your work should demonstrate regular editorial or creator activity relevant to games, events, or culture.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
  • Accredited applicants will be assigned a media pass and must follow the on-site media guidelines.
